| Editor's Pick › I’ve already commented once on this one, and I’m happy to see it’s gotten a little more attention since then, because it’s an absolute joy. I work with professional storytellers for a living, and this reminds me of that oral, spontaneous craft – less a bespectacled author sitting alone with a thoughtful cup of tea, more a gifted natural storyteller entertaining her friends after dinner over cocktails. Now, I have no doubt that Charlotte did, in fact, put in hard and thoughtful work on this, but that makes the free-wheeling tone all the more of an accomplishment. For all of its cringe-inducing content, this had me laughing in astonishment the whole way through. You had me at ‘Think of your vagina on a mat.’
